Smooth Mold Tech Ltd Co specialize in the engineering and manufacturing the high quality and high precision plastic injection molds.
Our facility is in China, Suzhou city where is about 30 minutes driving from Shanghai airport.

※ Design
At the beginning, we will finish a DFM report to customer. If customer required mold flow analysis during the quotation, mold flow report will also included in DFM report.
During whole design process, we hope customer check and confirm all details. In case after the mold finished, the mold is not what customer need.
Good communication makes Good molds. In Smooth mold, there will be a Project Manager contact with customer to communicate all technical issues.
※ Tooling Manufacture
During the whole manufacture process, the Project Manager who is in charge of the project, will report the machining process weekly. Customer can have all details and know where are we, and if can meet the target.
※ Mold trial
After the mold assembled and bedding, we will trial the mold. A complete trial report will be offered to customer after the trial done. Customer will know the problems and parameters from the report. The samples also will send to customer to check.
ISIR report will be done after trial, if customer required during the quote period.
Also the Project Manager will discuss with customer how to improve the molds, and guide the team to implement the solution.
※ Mold shipping
After mold improved done, and samples are ok for customer.
We will prepare the mold shipping, painting and prepare all documents customer needs.
CIF is the normal term for us. We also can do DDU DDP delivery term.
